Nick’s career spans 40 years in banking and real estate. He has a complete understanding of both residential and commercial development. With contacts throughout the real estate finance world, Nick has the ability and experience to take a major development project from initial concept through the feasibility, design, due diligence, marketing and construction phases to the ultimate successful conclusion.

  • Victory Lofts, Tampa, Florida - 89 lofts, 140,000 SF of living space in two buildings – one is a remodeled warehouse and one new construction.
  • Station Square, Clearwater, Florida -146 condominium units, 200,000 SF of living space, 15,000 SF commercial space, 8 stories of residential units and 5 stories of parking
  • Grand Central on Kennedy, Tampa, Florida - 440 condominium units, a 12 and a 14-story building, 130,000 SF of commercial space, 60,000 SF of office space, 420,000 SF of living space, and 1,400 parking spaces.
  • Central 16, St. Petersburg, Florida - 26 townhomes

  • Pasco County, 100 homes - 80 apartment units
